Objective
The
Track2 RailNet website has the objectiver of
listing contact information for model
railroading clubs in the North Central
Pennsyslvania region and sometimes slightly
beyond, as shown by the graphic below.
This is
accomplished by the Contacts
page.
Directions --
Directions to some club locations are shown
on the Directions
page.
Photos -- The
Photos page shows pictures of some nearby
clubs and individuals. The Photos page is
located on the trainweb.org domain, which
provides free web space for non-profit
railroad-related sites.

Announcements
There
is an associated Yahoo Listserver (eGroup)
that allows publicity people to send
announcements, as described on the
Listserver
page.
Operation
Who
Operates It -- Track2 RailNet is operated by
James Ingram in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. I
can contacted using the link at the bottom of
each page.
History
The
Track2 RalNet was started about 1998 to
organize information for nearby model
railroad clubs.
The Yahoo
Listserver was started about 2001.
Train Shows
-- For a while, I was posting flyers for
model railroad shows and open houses, but
this became too time-consuming and was
discontinued. Club flyers for many shows from
1999 to 2004 can be viewed in the
archives.
